Thank you for participating in the urVault beta program. By downloading the beta software you agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality

urVault beta software is confidential and pre-release. You agree not to share, publish, screenshot, record, or publicly discuss any aspect of the beta software, its features, or its performance without prior written consent from urVault.

2. Permitted Use

You may install and use the beta software solely for the purpose of personal testing and providing feedback to urVault. You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the software to any third party.

3. No Reverse Engineering

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the urVault beta software.

4. Feedback

Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide may be used by urVault to improve the software without compensation or attribution obligation to you.

5. No Warranty

Beta software is provided AS IS. It may contain bugs and is not suitable for production use. urVault is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from your use of the beta software.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement is effective from the date of your download and terminates when the beta program ends (July 5, 2026, i.e., 90 days from April 6, 2026) or earlier at urVault's discretion. You agree to delete all beta software upon termination.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
